Ceiling-hung double-sided Stereo panels

Double-sided Stereo panels may be used in isolation or in clusters to form an acoustic shield, bringing a clearly voiced sense of energy to the spaces treated. Used in free combination, seemingly floating above the floor at a height calculated in terms of practical requirements, this implementation takes full advantage of the two essential qualities of Texaa® Stereo panels–they are both strong and lightweight. A freely designed constellation of this type complements the ”ceiling-hung“ and ”screw in“ double-sided Stereo panel systems.

Fitting Methods

Suspended from the ceiling using 2 or 3 vertical cables
Each double-sided Stereo panel is hung from
the ceiling in a vertical position using 2 or 3 galvanized steel cables (depending on panel size), diameter 1.5 mm, length 1 000 mm, each equipped with a threaded end-piece (M6) and adjustable slider.
The fastening elements are placed to the side of each panel :

Suspended in clusters using through cables
Each double-sided Stereo panel is hung from the ceiling in a vertical position using 2 galvanized steel cables, diameter 1.5 mm, length 3 000 mm, each equipped with a threaded end-piece (M6) and adjustable slider. Several panels may be hung from the same cables, one above the other. A nishing terminal is tted to the cable where it emerges from each panel. The cables are not xed to the ground.

◻ Suspended between floor and ceiling with through cables
Each double-sided Stereo panel is suspended vertically between ceiling and floor using 2 stainless steel cables running through the panels. The cables, 4 mm in diameter and 4 500 mm long, are equipped with threaded end-pieces (M6) one of which pivots to allow the length of the cable to be adjusted during fitting.
The cables run through the sides of the panels:

NB: to allow correct cable tensioning,
the cables should ideally be fastened to an anchor bolt.

Screwed to the ceiling
Each double-sided Stereo panel is attached to 20 mm support rails in turn fixed to the ceiling with screws. The fixation systems are positioned on the sides of the panels :
